G-101. Greek Terracotta Hellenistic Bust circa 3rd Century BC. Hellenistic bust from ancient Greece showing good facial features and classic hairstyle from the period. Large earrings are also clearly visible. The bust would have once been part of a larger complete statue. This classical Greek artefact is offered on a polished acrylic block with a steel post fixing the bust to the base for display purposes. The bust itself measures 95mm high, but with its base 170mm. A stunning ancient item of great age being approximately 2,300 years old rarely seen in the market place today.
